We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough pillows for everyone. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a heated pool, hot tub, swings, and a BBQ area. We also liked the convenient store right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, even if their English was limited. The hotel is located in a central location, making it a good base for exploring this city. Parking was available, and they had rental eco cars if you needed one.
Nothing we didn't like, to be fair.

Located on an island, transportation may be necessary to access some attractions, but it offers various rooms options for groups and families. the facility offers family-friendly facilities such as an activities room and a large pool. Rooms are equipped with kitchens, laundry services and drying racks on each floor, making it convenient for longer stays.
Some customers were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, specifically, the showers and bathroom doors.

Great Place to Stay! the place was ideal for nature lovers as it was situated near beautiful beaches and mountains. A car was recommended as there are many places to explore. We enjoyed the spacious room and well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. the large pool was clean and perfect for the entire family. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We liked that there was a convenience store on-site, which was convenient for buying snacks and drinks.
Needs Improvement We had some minor issues with housekeeping as the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and there were some food remnants in the sink. the hotel could use some updates and renovations, especially in the bathroom.

The hotel had a nice pool area and activities for families, which kept the kids happy during our Christmas stay. The location was great, interesting landmarks and shops were a brief drive away. The complimentary breakfast was tasty with lots of variety for different diets.
The rooms were outdated and somewhat dirty, with no proper balcony to enjoy the view. , they could have done a better job cleaning the bathrooms.
